With over 16 years sales and marketing experience, Helen has a breadth knowledge built up through working for some of the worlds largest financial and professional services organisations.
She spent the first 10 years of her career working in the city, helping to develop and grow a number of global financial brands. Specialising in brand, corporate advertising and business development, after 10 years In the city Helen moved into management consultancy with a clear remit to develop and grow new and existing business. After an extremely successful 18 months in the role she decided to leave behind London and return to the bright lights of the North.
Now based in Manchester, Helen has spent the last 4 years working in the residential property sector as a sales and marketing director for a leading developer specialising in regeneration. Having broken all previous sales targets for the business, she now works on a freelance basis providing marketing consultancy and sales support to a number of property, design and PR clients.
Having been associated with Impact Media PR since the very beginning and together with providing marketing consultancy services for the business and a range of clients, Helen is also the company secretary.

1. Earliest Memory.

Aged 3 years old on a bright and sunny day, playing in my garden wearing a pink gingham check shorts-suit waiting for my older sister and sister to come home from school..

2. What was your first ever job.

Working in a local newsagent on a Sunday afternoon, aged 14, where I earned the princely sum of 70p per hour!

3. Who is your role model and why?

I don’t have one. But on a business level I'm fascinated by Rupert Murdoch. On a personal level if I could turn out to be as good a person as my Father I’d be happy.

4. By what motto do you live your life?

Life’s too short.

6. Two things you currently live without.

My washing machine and my man!

7. What is your favourite word and why?

Any word that does what it says on the tin.

8. What is your favourite type of egg?

Friend egg in a toasted sandwich with brown sauce. Mmmmmmmmm delicious!

9. If I could change the world I would…

Programme every human being with a “tolerance and understanding” gene. If the human race is to survive into the next millennium we will all need to learn to live together not apart.

Probably panic!
