Manchester feels the impact as consultancy boosts business.

Manchester based agency Impact Media PR’s recent new business wins confirm the agencies position as the regions leading property and regeneration PR experts.

Recent account wins span the breadth and depth of the North West’s and UK’s property and regeneration sectors. In a city where property development continues apace and, and unique developments still continue to pique interest among house buyers, Impact Media PR’s extensive experience in the property and regeneration sector has proved a hit with several high profile clients.

The wide ranging client base of Impact Media PR’s property division has recently been expanded with the appointment of three further regional and two further national accounts, expanding the company’s core operational division to one of the largest property client portfolio’s in the region.

Privately owned developer Dandara has appointed Impact Media to handle the national brand building and media relations for its exciting range of city centre apartment developments. In a move that makes Impact Media the first external PR agency ever hired by the company in the North West, Dandara has entrusted its public facing promotional and PR needs to the agency.

Impact Media will also work on other luxury property portfolios in the region with the recent appointment of JPS Real Estate, one of the hottest new developers on the Manchester property scene. Fronted by family team Justin and Danny Samuels, the company recently won the coveted Manchester Evening News property award for the best developer, with its innovative and stylish Wood’s End scheme in Didsbury. In addition to assisting with the marketing function for Woods End, Impact Media will assemble the regional and national PR plan for the development, with its remit to drive footfall and gain credible national coverage within property and lifestyle media.

Continuing with the luxury development theme, Bolton based Charles Topham residential will use Impact Media PR to launch and promote its range or premiere developments. The residential development is a new venture for the developer, which historically has specialised in commercial property.

Impact Media’s regeneration and community development division has also expanded the appointment of Impact by Opus Regeneration, the lead developer In the Charlestown and Lower Kersal housing market renewal pathfinder, helping to breathe new life into communities in Salford.

Last but not least, Impact Medias reputation has made its mark on PRP architects, a leading expert in innovative residential healthcare, mixed use and educational architecture. Coming onboard to support PRP’s central communication function on a regional level Impact Media will help push forward PRP as one of the Uk’s leading multi-expertise architectural practices.
