Manchester feels the impact as consultancy boosts business.
Manchester based agency Impact Media PR’s recent new business wins confirm
the agencies position as the regions leading property and regeneration PR
experts.
Recent account wins span the breadth and depth of the North West’s and UK’s
property and regeneration sectors. In a city where property development
continues apace and, and unique developments still continue to pique
interest among house buyers, Impact Media PR’s extensive experience in the
property and regeneration sector has proved a hit with several high profile
clients.
The wide ranging client base of Impact Media PR’s property division has
recently been expanded with the appointment of three further regional and
two further national accounts, expanding the company’s core operational
division to one of the largest property client portfolio’s in the region.
Privately owned developer Dandara has appointed Impact Media to handle the
national brand building and media relations for its exciting range of city
centre apartment developments. In a move that makes Impact Media the first
external PR agency ever hired by the company in the North West, Dandara has
entrusted its public facing promotional and PR needs to the agency.
Impact Media will also work on other luxury property portfolios in the
region with the recent appointment of JPS Real Estate, one of the hottest
new developers on the Manchester property scene. Fronted by family team
Justin and Danny Samuels, the company recently won the coveted Manchester
Evening News property award for the best developer, with its innovative and
stylish Wood’s End scheme in Didsbury. In addition to assisting with the
marketing function for Woods End, Impact Media will assemble the regional
and national PR plan for the development, with its remit to drive footfall
and gain credible national coverage within property and lifestyle media.
Continuing with the luxury development theme, Bolton based Charles Topham
residential will use Impact Media PR to launch and promote its range or
premiere developments. The residential development is a new venture for the
developer, which historically has specialised in commercial property.
Impact Media’s regeneration and community development division has also
expanded the appointment of Impact by Opus Regeneration, the lead developer
