Impact Media PR builds on success by winning Countryside Properties
account
MANCHESTER’S leading property and consumer public relations agency Impact
Media PR has beat off strong competition in a multi-agency pitch to score a
major account win with Countryside Properties.
A bold and impressive two stage pitch secured IMPR the job of looking after
Countryside Properties public relations in the North and Midlands. The role
will involve promoting some of the biggest regeneration schemes in the
region including multi-million pound investments in New Broughton in
Salford, and in Burslem and Cliffe Vale in Stoke-on-Trent.
Countryside Properties is a specialist developer recognised in particular
for the development of sustainable communities and in urban and rural
regeneration.
It recently celebrated its 10th anniversary in the North of England and has
achieved 1000 reservations for their high quality homes in the region this
year.
Impact Media PR managing director and founder Paul Patton says: “We are
thrilled to have won this important new account – it’s another great stride
forward for us and cements our position as Manchester’s leading property PR
agency.
“Our creative approach, and extensive experience working in the property and
regeneration fields means we are perfectly placed to ensure Countryside
achieves its maximum PR potential.”
Mike Meredith, associate marketing director for Countryside Properties said;
“ PR is an essential part of our marketing mix and we look forward to Impact
Media adding an extra dimension. These are exciting times for Countryside
Properties as we expand our business and look to grow awareness across the
region.”
Since its launch in 2001, Impact Media PR has worked on key property and
regeneration PR projects throughout Manchester and the North West, and lists
brands such as David McLean Homes, Dandara, LPC Living and BSC Group among
its clients.
From its base in Manchester’s bohemian Northern Quarter, the agency
continues to go from strength to strength and is currently on a recruitment
drive.
Other high-profile new clients include Bramall Construction who specialise
in the regeneration and construction of public sector housing throughout
Yorkshire, Humber, East Midlands and the North West.
